Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free Trial

The Shoptimio Shopify app offers a free trial to new users. No charge is taken during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment is made.

Paid Subscription

When your trial ends, your subscription automatically rolls over to a paid plan. Subscription fees are billed via the Shopify billing cycle.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin. Cancellation takes effect immediately; access to the app ends on the cancellation date.

Refund Policy

Subscription fees that have already been charged are non-refundable. Payments for the current billing period are not refunded, even if cancellation occurs mid-period.

Exceptions

If you believe you have been wrongly charged because of a technical error or an issue caused by the app, please contact our support team. Each case is reviewed individually.
